Whats up, we dispatch orders every Monday, Wednesday & Friday.
All orders placed before 11am on those days will be shipped out the same day.
UK
Royal Mail 24 - £4 (1 day after dispatch)
Free Shipping - Available when you pick up over £75 worth of bits (2/3 days after dispatch)
If you miss your delivery for any reason the postie will leave you an info card and you'll be able to reschedule the delivery for whenever suits you, have it delivered to a neighbour, a local Post Office or you can head to your local depot yourself to pick it up.
International
EU - Orders to countries within the EU cost £10 - £14 depending on weight and usually take 3 - 5 working days to be delivered.
We also offer free delivery to orders within the EU if you pick up over £150 worth of bits.
USA - Orders to you guys in the US of A cost £14 - £22 depending on weight and usually take about a week to be delivered.
Further - Orders anywhere further (Austraila, New Zealand, Asia) cost £18 - £22 depending on weight and take up to two weeks to be delivered.
All international orders are dispatched via a tracked service and you'll receive a tracking link within the email you receive when your order has left the HQ.
We're confident you'll love whatever you pick up but we also offer a relaxed return policy in which we welcome you to return whatever you like for whatever reason as long as its back with us at the HQ within 14 days of arriving with you.
We cant accept returns after this point and will have to ask for the delivery cost (£4) to be able to send the order back to you.
Your bits must of course be in the same condition they were when they left the HQ, complete with tags and free of any odours (keep your Lynx Africa to yourself xx) Please also remember to include and fill out the included invoice.
Note: If you made use of the free delivery option when placing your order we'll deduct what it cost us (£3) from the refund.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange your bits for something else from the store please send it back as normal, make a note on the invoice that you'd like to make an exchange and send an email over to mail@deadstockofficial.com with your order details and info of the item you'd like to exchange it for.
We'll take the new gear off the store for you so no one else can grab it before you and once we receive your bits, either send over a gift card for their value via email or if the value of the new item is the same as what you're returning, ask for the delivery cost (either £2.50 or £4 depending on the service you'd like) and send it straight out to you.
Heads up, if you take unreasonably long to return your item or longer than the 14 day return window we'll make the item available for everyone else to pick up again.
