We make these individually to order so please allow up to three working days for dispatch.
United Kingdom: £1 / 1 - 3 working day delivery.
Mainland Europe: £4 / 3 - 7 working days delivery.
International: £4 / 5 - 9 working days delivery.
Heads up we obviously cannot accept returns on these masks for hygiene reasons.

Whats the deal with UK shipping?
We dispatch orders every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Any orders made before 11am will get sent out that day.
Royal Mail 24 - £4 (Delivered 1 day after dispatch)
Royal Mail 24 (Heavy) - £6 (Large quantities of items + bulkier items like puffa jackets etc)
Royal Mail 24 (Heaviest) - £9.50 (Larger quantities of items/multiple heavy items)
Free Shipping - We also offer a free shipping option if you pick up over £75 worth of bits which takes 2/3 days after dispatch to be delivered.
We send orders out via Royal Mail so if you miss the first delivery you can get it redelivered to the same address, a neighbour or a nearby post office (that last one incurs a small fee) whenever works for you. You can also head down to your nearest depot and pick it up yourself.
Whats the deal with International shipping?
Most orders within the EU are sent out for between £10 - £14 depending on how much they weigh and take between 3 - 5 working days (after dispatch) to be delivered.
We offer a free shipping option within the EU if you pick up over £150 worth of bits.
Further out -
Orders sent further than the EU cost between £18 - £24 depending on weight.
All international orders are sent via a tracked service, you'll receive a tracking link in your dispatch confirmation email that you can use to follow your order right the way to your door.
How will I know when my order has been dispatched?
Once we dispatch your order we'll send you an email containing both your order information and if you've ordered from outside the U.K, a tracking link.
If you haven't received this theres a 99% chance that its either caught up in your spam filter or there was a typo made when entering your email address at checkout.
How will my order be packaged?
All orders are sent in a durable and secure bright orange postage bag because we do what we want.
Any possible delays?
During busy periods such as bank holidays, Christmas and around our drops slight delays with dispatching orders are possible.
We'll obviously try our best to help you out if it happens but we cannot be held responsible for parcels that are delayed or go missing when the delivery address has been inputted incorrectly or incomplete.
We're confident you'll love whatever you decide to pick up but if not, no worries. We operate a relaxed return policy where you're welcome to return whatever you like for whatever reason as long as it arrives back at our HQ within 14 days of the order arriving with you.
We wont accept any returns received after the 14 day window and there will be a charge to have the order returned to you.
Please return your bits unworn & undamaged along with the completed invoice to the address below and we'll send along a refund for the cost of the item that takes between 3 - 5 working days to hit whichever account you used to pay.

Note: If you chose a free delivery option when ordering, the amount it cost us (usually £3 but more if you ordered a large number of items or are based in the EU) will be deducted from the refund you receive.
Sale items can be returned for exchange / store credit only. We do not offer refunds on any sale items.
Please send your order back to the HQ with a note on the invoice mentioning you'd like to exchange - send an email over to firstname.lastname@example.org with details of your order and what you'd like to exchange it for and we'll sort you out.
We'll take the item you'd like to exchange for off the site so no one else can grab it then, once we receive your old gear back, make the item available again and send over a gift card for the amount of what you returned.
If it takes unreasonably long to receive your unwanted gear back we'll make the item available on the site again for others to purchase.
We recommend returning items to us using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for items that go missing on the way to us.
